    Sweet ‘N Spicy Roasted Chickpeas

    I’ve been told over and over that I eat like a rabbit. I like to snack on small things and if you visit me in lab you’ll often see a bowl of nuts, fruits, trailmix, etc on my desk. I think I get this habit from my dad; he rarely eats full meals especially lunch. Though this snack is not Murrali (my dad) approved since he is allergic to chickpeas.     PB & Chocolate Popcorn

    I saw a recipe for Poppy Chow on Tasty Kitchen, and thought it would be a fun snack to bring to my book club. It’s super easy to make and completely addicting to eat! Ingredients: 1 Bag of unbuttered popcorn 1/4 C peanut butter 6 ounces of bittersweet chocolate 1/2 C salted peanuts 1/4 C powdered sugar 1/4 C butter 1 T vanilla Recipe: 1. Pop one bag of popcorn in the microwave (bag directions) and remove all unpopped kernels! 2. Melt butter and chocolate in a double broiler.
