    I absolutely love cheesecake and am positive that I can make 100 variations of it without getting bored. This is a recipe for a dense baked blueberry cheesecake that I made for a coworker’s birthday- Happy birthday Dora!     When I was in college, I loved going to this coffee shop in La Jolla called Pannikin (http://pannikincoffeeandtea.com/) They had a great little patio area, free wi-fi and these delicious little pastries that were made of graham cracker, nuts, coconut, and many types of chocolate. This is my version of that great dessert! This is a really easy recipe that doesn’t involve much measuring or accuracy. It’s a good one for a beginner.     Superbowl peanut butter cups!

    I wanted to make something quick and easy to take to a Superbowl party. I wasn’t in the mood to make something elaborate because since the 49ers were eliminated, I’ve been very depressed about football. These are quick and easy. Ingredients 1 C graham cracker crumbs 1 C peanut butter (unsalted)- pref the chunky kind with peanuts 1/2 C powdered sugar 5 oz Chocolate chips 2 T butter melted Some coconut to decorate Recipe 1.
