    You really can’t go wrong with sweet potatoes. They are packed with vitamin A, delicious in flavor, and super versatile. This tart combines sweet potato, spinach, and a few other ingredients you probably have at home! Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pasty (I used store bought) 1 sweet potato 2 C raw spinach 6 oz skim ricotta 1 clove garlic, minced 3 t salt 1 T olive oil 2 T pesto (or store bought) 1 T red chili flake Recipe: Preheat the oven to 325 Peel and slice your sweet potato into 1/8 inch rounds.     Mocha Mousse Tart (gluten free!)

    My lovely friend Rebecca just turned 26 and I wanted to make her something delicious and sweet. This tart is gluten-free (though it doesn’t have to be) and not overly sweet. Plus it’s a pretty quick and easy dessert to make.     Rainbow Pride Fruit Tart

    After moving to my new apartment, it was definitely time to get back on the baking bus. What better opportunity, than SF’s Pride parade! I hosted a little pre-pride get together and thought it would be awesome to have something fun & sweet for people to enjoy.     Tomorrow is election day, so I feel the need to take this opportunity to tell everyone to VOTE! Public participation in government is so important and so it seems quite ridiculous to me that a large number of American’s choose not to exercise the right that many people have fought so hard to gain.
