A mendhi (henna) espresso cake
This is the cake I made for my cousin’s engagement. It’s an espresso cake with butter cream frosting which is meant to look like a mendhi (henna) pattern! Will post the recipe soon! P.S. In my book Valentine’s day is just a good excuse to eat tons of sweets and chocolate and drink pretty girly pink cocktails.
